Where do I get the bottom water separator piece for a diesel fuel filter. (fram c1191a)?

This glass bottom to the filter is hard to find. does it exist as an aftermarket part?

Sorry, no one seems to know and unfortunately I don’t either. I just hate seeing questions sit out here for days unanswered! I hope you’ve figured it out successfully!
