Whats this about drive water supplementing your fuel with water via a kit?

I got an email today selling plans for a kit that can convert water into what they say is hho a type of hydrogen that my car can use for fuel. So I googled it and got sevral sites saying don’t do it but when I go to them it always goes back to the original sales website. witch means I cant get any real info on this product. Is there anybody out there that has used this on there cars? I mean if this is for real it would be all over the place. I saw something about the techknology on the science channel but befor I modify my car I need to know a lot more than what the people are telling me. If so let me know good or bad. I went to drive water on google and got several sites. check it out and let me know. Thanks!
please c/o the sites then answer

Do you really think that oil companies would let there be a kit like that?? If there was they would by it all up and burn it. They’re gonna do whatever they can to keep the world oil dependent for as long as they can.

Yes, water injection can and does work, but as far as I know, it hasn’t been developed to a reliable standard yet. It is used for performance and fuel economy.

Dont waste your money and be an idiot like jay there dont you think if it really works the car makers would have them on their cars already? That concept goes back to WW2 when the mixed alcohol with water and sprayed them into the intake of P51 mustangs to cool the cylinders to cool them and give them an extra boost of horsepower. The EPA did a study on all sorts of these things from cars running on water to putting magnets on the fuel lines to rearrange the molecules but there findings are the same on all of them they do not work

I have it on my car, you need to be carefull when choosing the conversion guide, I got help from a mechanic because I dont know anything about cars, I do know chemistry and this is an experiment called electrolysis in which electrons are used to break down water into two gases. At this point many people have different explanations on how this engine works and this is what I understand, the hydrogen helps in burning more efficiently your gasoline or diesel and doesnt make your car only run on water, in fact your making a hybrid that runs on water and gas, the burning gives the ”explosion” a somewhat better boost than only if gasoline or diesel was burned alone( dont forget hydrogen has 3 times the energy of gasoline if you take the same weight of both), so enough of chemistry and about my experience Im saving around 80 bucks on gas a month but Im not much of a driver i use my car to go to work and groceries. Now about those sites, I went to a website that evaluates the different conversion guides and I choose the one that they suggested but yeah I got help from a mechanic it seemed easy when I saw him doing it.

here is the website and scroll down to see the evaluations:
