There is no such thing. There are cars which are powered by hydrogen gas, which generate water as the exhaust product. But running a car on water is, and has always been, impossible.

The Genepax car generated hydrogen by oxidization of various metals with water. It would work until you ran out of metal so it was a metal fueled car, not a water fueled car. They went out of business and appears to be another case of investment fraud. Until the laws of physics and chemistry changes, cars fueled by water alone will not exist.
It’s a testament to the gullibility of man that there are still people who believe in such clearly fallacious claims even after they’ve been proved false and even when those who make the claims refuse to substantiate them.
Note, the Genepax story was the source of much embarrassment for Reuters.

I know exactly what you are talking about I think that the oil king god bless them that have not allowed the hydrogen car to become mass produced. Here are some links for you that might be of some help. I think it is possible to run a care completely off water unlike some other people now I know I’m going to piss some people off but come on. I think you can and after reading this all of you guys who say its not possible to run your car off ware well just read this please reconsider what you think.http://money.cnn.com/galleries/2007/auto… this was my first one I thought of when I saw what you were asking. http://www.hydrogencarinfo.com/ this is the second one.http://www.hydrogencarsnow.com/hydrogen-… this is something that I just found it looks well a little kid like at first but the info is right. http://hydrogendiscoveries.wordpress.com… this is a few other things on this but I think you should just do some googling or yahooing or my favorite ding.com or something lol.
I think you should look into it for me your self and other people. I also want to add why don’t you hear about this sort of stuff anymore ???? Well I think you can answer that.
I also remember reading something about greenland Running some public busses and other cars off water.
last one hope you like what I had to show you.

It was a Hype put on by George and the oil men to keep us from developing a viable environmental vehicle. I think we are getting on the track without George and Obama helping.People are fueling the Electric car left and right. Without government help
