What Kind Of Supplies Would It Take To Make A Hydrogen Generator For A Car?

I need to know what kind of supplies would be needed for a hydrogen generator that will fuel a car. I know I could buy the instructions from www.water4gas.com but I dont have a credit card and besides that im trying to save a few bucks…

There are many various styles of generators you could build. The basic supplies SHOULD include: Stainless Steel (anything else will rust quickly), a vacuum adjustment valve, and rubber spacers.
I could spend several paragraphs here telling you how it is PROVEN to work, and about all our test vehicles and news stories..yada yada, but if you really want more information (other than the narrow-minded opinions of all the nay-sayers here) you could check it out for yourself here: http://www.myspace.com/trinityenergies
We specialize in DOY Hydrogen Technologies and Generators as well as other Earth-Science technologies (solar, wind.. etc).
ps… and if getting an average 78 mpg on a DOY hydrogen/gasoline hybrid is a “total scam” and would require more electricity than it returns (as suggested by your first answerer above) – then I suppose that the hundreds of us who are sucessfully doing this are all pretty self-reliant scam artists. Either way, we’re getting better gas mileage than you – in reality.. not in your mythical land of false facts.

You are going to need to save your money so you can pay for that very, very expensive hydrogen. Your are going to spend more money to produce the hydrogen than you will get back in energy.
Also any money you don’t spend on producing hydrogen, you might spend on hospital bills. Hydrogen is not something the inexperienced should be fooling with.

This is a total scam. You will not save any money, you will waste it.
This is a perpetual motion machine, and cannot work. You will always use more energy from the electrolysis of the water than you could get back from burning it. Not even close. Plus it is dangerous, the mixture of oxygen and hydrogen is very explosive.
This is not just my opinion, but scientific fact.

A better question is: where do you get the energy to generate hydrogen fuel?
You would save no $.
You would save no energy.
You would save no fuel, unless you have access
to renewable or nuclear power.
BTW. “water4gas’ is a total scam.

I would be more interested in propane conversion, I know this can be done, because it’s what they do for fork lifts.
