What Affects Would Hydrogen Gas Have Upon The Human Body?

If it were directly ingested, i.e. swallowed. This is hydrogen gas when strontium reacts with water. Hopefully looking for something along the lines of cyanosis, heart failure, something to do with lead (Pb). This is a chemistry assignment, but I don’t know if this is the right track, thanks!

Hydrogen is harmless to the body. it is just passed in and out. the only thing it does is make your voice squeaky but isn’t used in balloons any more because it is highly flamable.
but I don’t know about it being swallowed. it would just be a fart i think!
Edit: the person below me, do you not know that Hydrogen peroxide is an acid? of course people will die if they drink that but hydrogen is harmless.

Individual human poisoning cases also provide information on the toxicity of hydrogen peroxide. A 16-month-old boy died after accidentally swallowing a single dose of 600 mg/kg body weight hydrogen peroxide. A man briefly fell into a coma after absorbing an estimated dose of 15 mg/kg body weight before quickly recovering. Discontinued oxygen circulation in the veins and arteries was reported in several infants following exposure to hydrogen peroxide as a result of a medical procedure for cleansing the inner wall of the intestine.
