Yep, and it is not a scam. Let the naysayers say nay but one guy put two of these systems 3 mason jars in each truck in both of his ford Explorers and his mpg jumped from 17 – now 33 mpg. Im putting one in my Kia this weekend. Im expecting my mpg to jump from 25 to at least 40 mpg. Dont forget to get the O2 extenders and if u want more mpg gotta get the dual map sensor. Im starting with one and u can get them already built cheap on ebay. My system cost 30 bucks, the o2 extender another 10 and the map sensor was another 40. All u need is the first two for mileage increase but the MAP maximizes your car for the most mpg. BTW your car engine will run cleaner now and will last longer.

It’s a scam. Your car’s pitiful 12 volt electrical system does not have enough voltage to separate the hydrogen from the oxygen. At best, you have a bunch of worthless crap attached to your car that doesn’t do it any good. Hopefully, there is nothing about it that will harm your engine.
