Water powered engines? How?

Im just looking for a little insight for a summer project i have planned. whether it be a small lawnmower style engine, (if possible, or i go get a junker with a decent engine. heres the kid i was looking at, http://water4gas.com/2books.htm?hop=love2008#info, but what my question is, this is a combination of gas and HHO gas so where does the HHO gas get hooked up to, the carb? also would it be easy to make the container for the electolisis? also how does the fuel efficient kick in, do you control the flow of the gas or will it just natuarlly use less gas since it has the HHO coming in as well? anyways just looking for some insight or ideas or if im just crazy here but i think itd be really cool if i good get something like that to work. thanks

check out what japanesse have made with just using water on http://www.youtube.com ! Water has two properties in it and they are oxygen and hydrogen so when you put a high enough electricity to water what happends to the water ? Go to http://www.youtube.com because japan has showed a demonstration of how there water car engine works but its in japanese language though so you might have some problems unless you can understand it ok then so it does work and how it might work is water can be turned to steam right but you need water and what else to heat up the water to make steam then ? Either by heating gas or maybe useing electricity to heat the water up or some other form of chemical possibly too process that will make water into steam so steam car engine !! I have added the japan water car web site which is http://www.youtube.com as one of the source to click on below this
