Water in my honda dirt bike exhaust?

So I let my little brother wash down my honda crf 80 and apparently he used the hose and sprayed water in the exhaust but I am not sure how much water. It took about 25 kicks to start it and then it had trouble idling for about 10 minutes and it immediately died when I gave some gas. After the 10 minutes it seems to run ok now?.. Do you think there could be any permanent damage to the engine?

No it should be fine.

It’s not an issue. You should take it for an extended ride to make sure that you heat the exhaust system up completely, just to be sure no water remains, to avoid rusting the system prematurely.

That’s why muffler plugs were invented.
To keep water out of the exhaust when washing your bike.
