Something wrong with my truck?

So I have a 95 Rodeo Ive had it for about 6months. There is a few things wrong with it. I need a new engine my water pump is gone and someone put water in my gas tank so my engine ticks really bad but the thing i don’t understand is since I need a water pump my truck overheats all the time so when I pull over to put antifreeze in it the engine would be cold I can touch it even though it could be running for hours. WHY!!?!! seems wierd to me
I drained my gas and had my engine dried out what ever that mean I’m just curious when the need inside my truck says its HOT and my engine is cold after bring driving for a few hours I already no that I need a water pump I no everything thats wrong with it except that

Something wrong with my f150?

Hi i have a 2004 f150 Fx4 and for a while it has been shaking. when i stop at a light or when im going to park, it will shut off and the instrument panel will say check gauges. ive also noticed that my gas gauge hasnt been working proprerly so i bouht some fuel tank cleaner and it didnt work. im assuming i have water in my gas tank. do i need a new fuel filter? The truck has 86,000 miles on it

What is wrong with my truck?

Car/Conditions: 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 2WD V6 Automatic a little over 100k miles, usually it does this the first time I start it.
First issue: When I attempt to start it it takes longer than it should.
Second issue: It does not shift gears properly. It goes from directly from 2 to 3 then to 4 quickly when I gas it. Normally it just progresses to 3, never makes it, and changes gears.

96 impala wont start after i changed out the water pump, wat did i do wrong?

after replacing my water pump in my 1996 impala i realized that the plug where i think my coil wire goes was broken off completely (top right corner knob on the distributor with a wire runing to a little black box) i glued it bac on and didnt think much about it, after putting everything back together i tryed 2 crank the car and the motor turned but it wouldnt start, at tymes it even seemd too putt once or twice like it was going to start but still didnt start, can anybody tell me if maybe i forgot to plug a sensor back up or if i need to really replace that intire distributor now because that little broken piece was vital to starting this car? thank you n advance…
fyi… i dont think its a fuel pump problem because this car never gave me trouble before starting or running until now after changing the water pump and i smelled gas after tryna start for so long.
and i also changed my belt while changing the pump but im pretty sure i did that right (doesnt hurt to mention it.)

97 Honda Civic leaking water, and coolant, but not overheating. What’s wrong? PLEASE HELP!!?

I have a 97 Honda Civic that I bought used in May, since the second day I’ve had this car, I’ve had problems.
I had to replace the transmission, the timing belt, the crankshaft front seal, the camshaft seal, the valve cover gasket set, water pump, timing belt idler, and fuel filter, and that was just the 2 days after buying it. My car started to overheat 7/21, it was a leak in the hose. It was spraying radiator fluid all over the inside of my car.
This time, we were driving home and it didn’t seem to be doing anything fishy, we parked and it started to spray steam out under the hood. It was just water though. We filled it up, drove around and it started to do it again after a little while of driving. We parked it again and watched under the hood, it was hot, but the fan meant to cool the engine wasn’t moving at all, we checked the fuse, and it was not working so we put a new one in. We drove around for 30 min, and it wasn’t getting hot, we went up hills, drove fast, and slow. Everything seemed to be fine, we parked, and heard dripping, looked under the car, and it was leaking anti-freeze. The next morning, my boyfriend filled it with water, and said it looked like it was leaking, and then filled it with anti-freeze too. Drove to work, but no overheating. Is there a leak maybe? Is there a reason it would be leaking, but not overheating? I just don’t want anymore problems with this car. I can’t afford to sell it, but I can’t afford to put any more money in to it. It was originally supposed to be $4,999. But we’ve ended up spending more like $8,000.

please help-everything going wrong & very depressed-spending all my money but car still not running right–why?

currently dealing with several problems..sciatic nerve pain that is excruciating going to my foot half my leg is numb and bedridden 10 days living in my bedroom eating mostly salads form a cooler. (car problems described below)

Meanwhile several financial problems, little insurance to see my chiropractor , no money for doctor to get better and bills, and other things but here I need help with car

what is wrong with my car? is it the water pump or something worse?

my 2003 dodge durango broke down 6 weeks ago. the mechanic put it on the diagnostic machine, and it said i needed a fuel pump and a water pump. well i got the fuel pump changed and he told me if i kept water in the car it could hold out for a little while until i get the water pump fixed. so i kept water in it it’s been 3 weeks. saturday night all of a sudden i watched the temperature gauge jump to HOT! I pulled over and it was smoking like hell. i’m lucky a friend of mine drove by at that instant and went to his house and got me antifreeze and water and put it in the car. so it was fine sunday. then last nightafter i got home it was smoking again. i let it cool down and then filled it up with water. this morning i took my daughter to school and then drove to my other daughter’s daycare and it was smoking like crazy and there was antifreeze and water all over the ground where i parked. so i left it at the daycare and got a ride to work. should i fix the water pump? or is
or is it something more now like the radiator or something. i can probably get someone to install a water pump for me but i don’t want to spend the money on it if that won’t work bc i’m a single mom and always broke .. please help!
no there is no smoke coming out of the tail pipe! i’m going to buy a water pump on my lunchbreak. hopefully it will work.

What could be wrong with my truck? I used water as a coolant :(?

After several days of temperatures in the 10-30 degree range, My truck has developed this problem. It cranks fine, but when I drive it for a little while, it just cuts off on me. It has problems cranking back up. After it sits for a while, it cranks and run again for just a few miles. It does not overheat, Oil pressure is fine. Oil does not look milky so I don’t think it is a head gasket. There is a slight “tapping” noise when it starts acting up. When it first happened, Water was dripping pretty heavy from underneath the truck. I am puzzled. I don’t know what it can be. When it acts up, it runs like there is water in the gas. Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks for taking the time to read.

Any ideas of what could be wrong with my 2003 Dodge minivan?

It turns over and over when you try to start it, but the only way to make it actually start is to hold the accelerator to the floor until a huge cloud of white smoke goes out of the tailpipe.
I’ve tried gas treatment in case it was water in the gas (since it has set for awhile as I am trying to sell it) and fuel injector cleaner. Any other ideas???

My car is spraying water inside the the car- whats wrong with it?

After running my air conditioner for a while in my car I noticed a funny sounding noise coming from the floor area followed by drips and sprays of water coming down into the gas/break area and passenger area. And its usually when I turn the corner. What is it??
