My sons spilled a container of gasoline (for cars) in the hallway of my house. I cleaned it with dish soap and water, and threw out the rug, but the smell is overpowering even after 3 days. What can I do to get rid of this, or what can I use that will make it better.

If so, did it work out for you/them?

Twice now I have tried to start my 96 after it has sat outside in a rainstorm. The fuel pump works, I have a new fuel regulater. The ingnition system is fairly new. The first time the car failed to start the starter would turn fine, lots of juice from the battery. The engine would turn over but would not fire. I had the car towed to the closest Chev dealer. I had tried to start the car so much that they had to charge the battery over night. They found no error codes. Since the battery was in the end days I got a new Interstate 75 mo battery.

ok ive been looking and seeing alot of stuff about hydroxy or HHO (2 parts hydrogen and 1 part oxygen) ive done some of my own tests with exceptional results!first i built the simple jar set up then i progressed onto a bigger plate set up and now have a tubular set up also with the steel plate and tube set ups ive been able to attach them onto a hose and had a burner on the end with flash back prevention and a bubbler managed to ignite the gas from both my set ups and it does ignite now im looking at putting 1 of these on

If I can do something about reducing gas for my truck it would be great. http://drive-water/waterforgas/
Sorry. I mean convert your car to run on water besides gas.

Below is a copy and paste I did today. I wonder if this is legitimate.
I once knew an auto mechanic that had some sort of water thing squirt water into his caburator.
I don not know how the latest experiemtas work. Have you tird some of these? “water4gas” or other products?

It doesn’t work. you would need a converter the size of a 1/2 acre to get the hydrogen out of water.

I haven’t actually tried it. ..but the theory that makes it work is legit. I suggest going to their website to read about it. The technology behind it is rather interesting.
btw..the son of one of my dad’s friends is a mechanical engineer and plans on doing this to his vehicle.

i’ve made one, the problem is that it takes a lot of time to get enough viable hydrogen….
a large kit could get you a bottle of hydrogen overnight though…
