A Doctor trying to desalinate salt water with radio waves accidental set the water on fire.?

what if any are some practical or impractical uses for a water burning technolegy. like maybe an water fueled engine with a radio transmitter on it.

When will we use salt water for fuel?

We have recently found a way to burn salt water using radio waves, and turns H(2)O int HHO. About how long until we should expect to use salt water as fuel?

i have an inflatable boat with a plywood floor. what should i coat it with for salt water resistance?

i want the coating to last as long has possible, have good grip when wet and seal the wood. it has to stand up to sun and salt water and probably a few gas spills. i want it to be really really tuff. i was thinking something along the lines of a bed liner or epoxy paint, something very thick and durable. thanks for the help
these all sound good but will they flex without cracking? the floor board flexes alot with the waves.

Do you know about the salt water combustion engine?

http://www.firstcoastnews.com/news/mostpopular/news-article.aspx?storyid=85990&provider=top

This has been hiding out at the edges of the news for about five months. Major news agencies seem to not be interested. The technology is fully vetted.

Do you think that the only cars we will be allowed to have will HAVE to use gasoline, because of the political power of the oil industry?
sorry doober – but apparently you did not follow the link.

The efficacy of Krazius’s engine is not open to debate. The debate is over why the technology is being ignored. Just as the 150 mpg car announced today will be ignored.

How Does Salt Water Fuel Mechanism Work?do We Have Any Alternative For Getting It Activated?probably Simpler!?

Recently John Kanzius discovered that salt water with the help of radio frequency waves can be activated and can be used as a fuel. However when experimented by us it was found that the radio frequency waves we gave(14MHz) couldnt ignite the salt water. So can any other alternative be given so as to ignite the salt water and prove the experiment right. Also,if possible, can we get the exact composition of salt water to be used, the amount of radio frequency to be provided and how to get the results exactly. What are the important precautions to be taken so as to get accurate results.
PLEASE HELP US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Concerns About Salt Water Fuel?

Hi All
Below is an article I found on Yahoo. (scroll below what I wrote if the link doen’t work: http://green.yahoo.com/index.php?q=node/… )
It’s a facinating concept I think. I have little doubt this process will be exploited at some time in the future. One thing bothers me: Once the water is burned, what will the exhaust product be? Will the water naturally reform just as fast as it was consumed? I know there is a LOT of water in the world, but if the water burned as fuel cannot be reclaimed, it’s just a matter of time til things dry up permanently.
This process could sell like hotcakes. The “oil burden” would be over. Possibly the dirty exhaust would be over too. This is good. In order for this to be a harmless solution, though, there needs to be a complete cycle: salt water–> energy + exhaust –> saltwater again.
Another consideration is: Can the neccisary radio frequency be produced with enough power in close proximity to life without screwing up that life (us included!) I work with radio frequency generators and there are warnings all over not to turn on power without the proper precautions. Some radio can scramble or cook your brain. So what frequency is this guy using?
Sorry if I sound like an environmental “wacko”. I just love my world, and don’t want to see it a dead moon in 10,000 years.
I hope this guy does come up with something good.
Any thoughts?

Radio Frequencies Help Burn Salt Water

ERIE, Pa. – An Erie cancer researcher has found a way to burn salt water, a novel invention that is being touted by one chemist as the “most remarkable” water science discovery in a century.
John Kanzius happened upon the discovery accidentally when he tried to desalinate seawater with a radio-frequency generator he developed to treat cancer. He discovered that as long as the salt water was exposed to the radio frequencies, it would burn.
The discovery has scientists excited by the prospect of using salt water, the most abundant resource on earth, as a fuel.
Rustum Roy, a Penn State University chemist, has held demonstrations at his State College lab to confirm his own observations.
The radio frequencies act to weaken the bonds between the elements that make up salt water, releasing the hydrogen, Roy said. Once ignited, the hydrogen will burn as long as it is exposed to the frequencies, he said.
The discovery is “the most remarkable in water science in 100 years,” Roy said.
“This is the most abundant element in the world. It is everywhere,” Roy said. “Seeing it burn gives me the chills.”
Roy will meet this week with officials from the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense to try to obtain research funding.
The scientists want to find out whether the energy output from the burning hydrogen — which reached a heat of more than 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit — would be enough to power a car or other heavy machinery.
“We will get our ideas together and check this out and see where it leads,” Roy said. “The potential is huge.”

What Company Is Investing In Changing Salt Water Into Fuel?

Turning Salt Water Into Fuel?
A Florida man may have accidentally invented a machine that could solve the gasoline and energy crisis plaguing the U.S. The former broadcasting executive said he showed the experiment to a handful of scientists across the country who claim they are baffled at watching salt water ignite.

What Is The Truth On Salt Water Fuel?

I think Ch.3 in Michigan, was the one that reported that it was found that salt water, can be used for fuel same as gas, and stated that they where testing it in Ohio or indiana.

New discovery!! How to burn salt water as fuel.?

Check out the link for a new discovery on research in extracting fuel from salt water using radio waves.
Sounds quite interesting….any comments. Paul
