Last fill up I purchased had water in the gas, car is now acting up, a little help?

I have a 96 Kia Sportage (awesome vehicle!), and my prior to this past fill up I received water along with my gas (Thanks Hess!) and this has now caused some issues with it stalling, having to drive two footed, especially when coming to a stop sign/light, I have never had problems with my Kia before this happened. A tune up is due soon to get ready for winter, but I have never had this much problems until I got that gas. I have put some dry gas in it after the notice of gas issues and that seemed to have worked somewhat. But it’s not good putting all those chemicals in a car. I checked my air filter, its clean. I know I have 2 oxygen sensors, plus the spark plugs to do as well as an oil change, all which I do myself. But is there something else I should look at while I am doing this tune up so that I can get the maximum performance from my vehicle again.
If you are going to knock my Kia don’t bother answering. Because despite the stuff you hear about Kia, it doesn’t pertain to mine, as it is a great little 4×4 suv!!! I love my Kia!
I already added Dry Gas to tank the next day it started acting up.

Has anyone purchased the “Run Your Car on Water”?

I was curious what kind of results you have had from converting your car to use water as fuel sorce. Website is www.runyourcarwithwater. com. Is it complicated to convert your car. I’m not much of a mechanic and I wander if it be possible to make the alterations? Thanks for your commets!
