I have a homework question:
“The industrial process for producing hydrogen gas involves reacting methane and steam at a high temperature. Predict the direction of equilibrium shift for each of the following stresses…”
My problem is I don’t know what the equation for this process is! Can? anyone tell me

I posted a question on this earlier, but this evening around 7:45 in southern CT, my friends and I witnessed a small light with a cone of light attached behind it ascending slowly. The light disappeared along with the cone of light, leaving a cloudy smoke-like spot in the sky, until that dissipated too. Would a water/fuel satellite dump produce this triangular shape?
This is a picture of it once it almost disappeared: http://www.flickr.com/photos/viamoi/3935870956/
For anyone else that might of saw it (it was spotted in NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA and RI) did it look anything like this to you? :
