boat engine problem oil pressure drops and boat seems like its runing hard and acts like its going to stall?

when i run my boat for a half hour i notice my oil pressure drops and my boat wants to stall out kindof like its miss firing or water in the gas i just had the whole cooling system changed last year,manifolds risers new heads,etc ,what do you think the problem is?its a mercruiser 260 i/o
also it sounds louder no knocking noise just louder ,could it be over heating?also the tubs that go from the block to the air filter thing i noticed were blackish shooting torward the airfilter thing.

Major brain teasing car problem?

I have a 1987 BMW 325e and up until 6 days ago, it ran fine. It was pouring ran and I had to drive through some pretty big puddles, but I also stopped and got some gas from a gas station which is where the plot thickens. I drove about 4-5 minutes and then when I stopped and put the car in park, it started hesitating and then shut off all together. My first thought was “must be water in the gas tank” so I purchased some sea-foam and got a new fuel filter. Once I put the new fuel filter on and added the sea-foam, the car will start but only for less than a minute and it will then stall out. I then checked the spark plugs and they had a black gunk on them so I replaced all 6 of them thinking “Bingo” that’s the problem. Well, it wasn’t. It still does the same thing so I completely drained the gas tank and cycled the gas out of the engine and bought some new gas to put in it. After putting the new gas in it, I started it up and it STILL hesitates and dies within a minute of being started. I tried just sitting there reeving the engine to get new gas into the engine but it doesn’t seem to be working. I do not understand what the problem is since the car never had this kind of problem before and I have drained the engine, added additives, got new spark plugs, got a new fuel filter, and even added new gas. Can someone help so I can drive this car again.. Thanks

My motor home’s motor skips and didn’t find the problem yet.?

Check engine lights up when I put the machine to get the error code :nothing came out. This problem started three years ago and very seldom and now it’s getting worst. Seem not enough gas coming to the motor. Gas filter was changed many time and I put some product to eliminate the water in gas tank. The problem still occurs. The motor never stops but if I climb a big hill, no more power. I have to stop and the motor is still idling. And I wait few minutes, and I can start again for many many miles.
Could somebody help me please.

I have a liquid dripping problem with my car!! what is wrong and what should i do?

Okay so i have a 1997 Mercedes-Benz E420 and today i put my car in 3rd gear and floored it … and it was fun and all.. and then after i hit 60 i stopped and pulled into my friends driveway and dropped him off and then i pulled back and my friend points at the floor where i was parked and liquid is dripping out.. i pull the car to the side and notice the front is dripping.. My temp on the car was really high *100 degrees*.. i looked under the car and water was dripping *it didnt smell like gas or oil* and so i look under the hood and there is water collected on the bottom like under my engine kinda… well anyway i leave it alone for a while.. and i go back to it and turn the heat on all the way and drive home *the temp went to 86 * *normally its at 82 or so*… and it stopped dripping while i was driving but when im parked it drips.. I cant tell if there is a hole under the car but i dont know what is wrong. What is wrong with my car? Did the radiator break? Please help me!
The color of the liquid is clear; no odor; and seems like water… when i was driving and flooring it i did not have the air conditioner on.. And why is it dripping from the bottom? is it cracked at the bottom of the car???
Also there was a pool at the bottom under the hood.. under the engine kinda you can say.. it isnt orange.. when i put the liquid on my hand it was clear… What do i have to do to repair it? and how much do you think it will cost?

I’ve got a VW Golf 4motion – mk 4, and i’ve noticed the water temperature sits at about 92-94*C. Problem?

Just wondering if this means there is a problem with the water cooler, fan, head gasket? Or is this ok? Also the EPC light is on for quite a bit of the time. Does this mean there is a problem? I have put both 95 and 98 octane fuel in so it may be for that reason. Thanks for answers

Possibly having a problem with my fuel pump on my 2004 Dodge sx 2.0?

I’ve been noticing for the last few months that my cause kind of….not stutters but, when i sit at a red light, it’ll kind of rev itself just like a little bit and its really getting on my nerves. So lately, when i push the gas pedal, theres a profound whining noise coming from the engine. It almost sounds like power steering but then the noise goes away? my car is an 04 auto, has anyone else had this problem before? car has 120k on it.

Does a problem with water pump bearings mean the water pump and timing belt needs to be replaced?

My ’06 camry 4cylinder with 66K miles has been making a slight rumblings noise since Sunday. Leaving work today, I thought the car was going to die because the noise was very loud and persisted as I pressed on the gas. I had to go on the freeway and stayed to the right for fear that something would happen. It was weird but at some points on the freeway there was no noise at all and I could pick up speed to reach home. As I was getting an oil change yesterday, the technician stated that it sounds like a problem with my water pump bearings. The noise is coming from the area that has a belt spinning.

Automotive gauge problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have a 98′ Plymouth voyager, i went shopping tonight and on the way there my “service engine soon” light turned on. Then a few hours later i was driving home and the gauges on my dashboard went down and were no longer moving. These gauges include my gas , speed, and water tempeature gauges. Every thing on the car so far is working like the brakes…. etc. I was only driving for ten minutes after the gauges dropped. PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2002 Mercury Sable problem???

My stepmom has a Sable that just went in for a check up at a car shop where my stepmom knows the owner. They didnt mess with the engine or anything, all they did was change the oil and check some other stuff. She picked it up from there and drove it home which is about a 45 minute drive. The car was perfectly fine all the way home. When she got home she decided to fill her tank up because the gas light was on. *She went to BP to get gas. But yea, according to her, the next morning she said it started to shake during idle and when she accelerated. Later that night which was last night…i took it around the block to see what she was talking about. From me driving it, i realized that while you’re are stop and at idle it shakes a little every once in a while. 800rpm-1800 rpm it shakes and then it stops. We think its water in the fuel line. We dont think its any transmission or engine problems. All spark plugs are firing. I checked them all.
