Marina fuel prices in every state?
What is the price of gasoline and diesel for your (or any) state on water? (getting it from a marina)(if marina’s are closed price from last summer)

I can see only a few alternative options, only one of which is really feasible for most people. We could:
1) Bicycle (but only feasible for short distances)
2) Buy a 150 cc moped that gets 70-95 mpg that you can drive on the highway (most economically feasible)
3) Maybe we should just all go back to riding horses! But that would create a whole slew of problems, such as:
a) Lack of hitching posts and water troughs at your place of work
b) So the poor horse is going to stand there for 8+ hours in one spot while you work?
c) You work 50 miles away (that horse is going to get some exercise!)
d) Lack of a place to keep a horse (especially if you live in an apartment)
e) Gas prices would be offset by the cost of feeding, shoeing and vet bills.
With gas prices steady going up. What do you cut back on to accomodate?
I have taken my lunch to work everyday for as long as I can remember. Even when gas was 2 bucks. I don’t buy ANY thing from a vending machine, water and juice i bring from home.
I will however cut back on going to the store just to be going. Last time, I went to get a gallon of milk, and came out with 25 bucks worth of groceries. NOPE, I wasn’t hungry either.
We by 12 oz. sodas for $1 and 20 oz. water for $1+ when we can get it for free out of the foset.
Did you know that ethanol has only half the energy as gasoline? Meaning, you’ll have to buy twice as much ethanol to go the same distance on the half as much gasoline.
Ethanol is NOT the solution! I feel it will have disastrous environmental consequences. Could it be nothing more than attempt to direct revenues from the mid-east to American chemical manufacturers? You do realize that to grow corn you need fertilizers and pesticides that end up in our soil and our drinking water?
I get really frustrated every week as I buy fuel for my delivery truck, trying to make ends meet. But on the other hand I have to wonder IF this isn’t the incentive we need as a nation to reduce our dependency on foreign oil and create efficient mass transit—e-fuels—car pooling—hydrogen—whatever the answer might be—do you agree?
I have come across a site that says that a driver can save money on the escalating gas prices using ordinary tap water. The site is http://reliable-domain-hosting.com/water4gas.html Has anyone tried this? Does this work?
