If we convert to water fuel cells to produce hydrogen power, what will happen to people currently fed by OPEC?

I don’t know why polititians keep touting alcohol fuel. It still requires oil to make the alcohol & doesn’t change how much money is being taken by OPEC.
Hydrogen fuel is infinitely more practical than corn alcolhol. While this overcomes our need for foreign oil and will clean our air, it is still a highly disruptive technology. It won’t hurt my feelings if the money flow going to the oil companies gets reduced. BUT what will become of the millions of people who are currently able to eat each day because of those petroleum dollars? We need to have a little conscience in this matter. What provisions can we make to be sure the people being fed by oil money continue to eat each day

I have a 1976 Mercury 1150 Power Trim boat motor. The boat will not plane out all of the time Why?

The motor idles fine, starts fine, trims fine, and is reliable as far as running. The problem starts when you put it up to full throttle, it shoots out of the hole and begins to plane out but then falls back into the water and will only go 5 to 10 miles an hour at full throttle the RPM’s fall as well, also if one pumps the primer bulb sometimes it is enough to get the engine going, but this is not an all the time fix either only sometimes. The carbs have been rebuilt, the compression checked, the fire and timing checked,the fuel pump diaphram replaced and the fuel line has been checked for air leaks. Nothing, I do not know what else to check. What else could there be?

1990 Lexus LS400 has no power when driving but has had major tune up, Raw fuel seem to be leaking into exhaust

1990 Lexus LS400 has had major tune up with plugs, wires, rotors, distributors, two ignitor coils (A & B) and two ignition modules, But the motor stills lacks any power it vibrates when you accell and when you start to go the trans gives a harder shift than before. When the car sits at idol it vibrates the same as if you were trying to drive it. It must have raw gas going down the exaust manifold because just in front of the catalitic converter on the passenger side it will turn the brightest red and very hot, I have taken the car to the shop for a diagnosic test but they are already telling me to fix this small vacuum valve on top of the intake manifold right on the front near the water jacket and hope that fixes what this the motor performance problem is, Hope he’s right , for this new info I’ve already paid out 375.00 USD this should be an easy fix . ( RIGHT!!!)
The plugs and wires were removed and replaced one at a time and the three cats on this car are all good.

Where is the power steering resivoir on a 1996 Dogde Stratus?

We just purchased this car and the engine was replaced out of a junk yard, I’m assuming from another Dodge vehicle. The power steering didn’t give me any problems during the test drive the previous day. We left the car overnight so they could replace the muffler. The car was fine on the way to get gas and on the way to turn in the rental car. On the way home the power steering went out and now I can’t find where to add fluid. I see the water resivior, transmission fluid, oil, and washer fluid resiviors but nothing for power steering fluid.

175 hp mercruiser GM 4.3 L V-6 alpha one loses power?

After WOT or near WOT for a few minutes rpm drop and boat slows. I have checked a plug, it was fine. I sprayed the carb out with carb cleaner and put water remover in fuel tank, same thing still happens.
