Just drank heavystrong smelling brown water from my water cooler..Advice?

I have a typical 20 liter water cooler, the ones you exchange the water container everytime it goes empty.Well it has hot and cold and after realizing i drank a sip of pee or gasoline tasting water, i threw it out. Then i took a sample in a glass cup and covered it with tin foil. Firstly it is brown water and then it formed clumps of brown sludge floating. I guess it sat in the hot section for years since i have used it. I thought it came from the same as cold side which was clean. I have pics if someone can truly let me know what to do now. I drank some lemon juice and then hot water…Will i be ok

how can i tell if my 1995 honda has a dirty fuel filter or if my starter just went out?

it’s been going on for weeks, my car will turn over but not want to catch, my freind came over and opened he gas valve and said it was a clogged fuel filter… then i kept it high on gas and whenever it would act like it didn’t want to start, i would jst floor the gas to push the debri thru and it strted up no prob… i started it 2ce today with no issue at all, and now… crapola cuz when i turn the ignition, the car does not turn over any more….. boooo.. my batter is charged.. maybe it needs water??? please help

99 grand am just replaced thermostat and water pump but car still overheats.?

Need to know what else it could be. or maybe if i have a faulty thermostat. btw just put in a brand new thermostat and its a pain to replace on this car. also put in a new water pump. my car still over heats and it shoots coolant out of the coolant overflow tank/over flow hose. I dont think there is anything else i need to replace. only time it over heats is when im idling for at a stop light and when i give it gas it shoots out heat in my car. but when im not giving it gas the heat doesnt work in my car and it starts to overheat as well. may have to take it to a mechanic but ive always worked on this vehicle and ive never had a problem like this even after replacing stuff.

Does the PCM trigger a code if sensors go bad? Or does it just tell you when readings are out of range?

Symptoms include hesitating, backfire,rough idle. code reader give me high fuel pressure,low fuel pressure,air leak,faulty spark plugs. I replace fuel pump, plugs and wires, coil ignition,cap and rotor. no water in tank. I’m down to idle adjust solenoid,IAT sensor,map sensor. restarting vehicle will let me run again for about a mile or two before symptoms return.

Why does my Car smell of gas when i just got it back from the mechanic?

I just got my car back after being with the mechanic for three weeks. They changed ALOT of stuff. New timing belt, gaskets, seals, water pump, mass air flow sensor, belts, fuel filter….alot of stuff. It is now running with zero problems. Before fixing these problems, i always had a burning oil smell from my gas leak. NOW, i have a gas smell. Everything under the hood is super clean now (they said they cleaned it). I have only had it back for about 5 days now and am wondering perhaps if the gas smell is from how they cleaned it. It is driving me crazy. I popped the hood and there is no obvious gas spewing from anywhere and the my gas gauge does not show that there is any missing gas. Any advice on where this gas smell is coming from??

I just filled my tank and added a bottle of iso heet is it really needed in winter time?

I let my car sit for 1 day without starting it and it fired right up but struggled and died then i fired it up again and it was struggling but it stayed running and eventually it started to idle normally does this sound like the fuel lines were frozen? I added a bottle of iso heet in my near full tank is that ok? iso heet says it Absorbs 5 times more water than regular gas-line antifreeze. Cleans fuel injectors and carburetors. Designed for year round use in all 2-cycle and 4-cycle gas & diesel engines. Removes water from fuel system. Prevents rust and corrosion is this true?

Why has my Mercedes 190E just overheated and dumped all its water out?

its a 1988 2.6L straight six petrol. Is has been stood for a couple of months, then today, i took it for a run and it was miss firing a bit but not too badly. (due to letting the fuel get too low i think, i know injection cars hate this)

Why has the thing overheated and dumped all its water?… Is it a thermostat problem or something else? The temp needle did go sky high, then back to 80 degrees C, then back to sky high again (120 degrees C)

is there an Alternative for car coolant? Just water?

I’m leaving in the morning on a 125 mile trip and have no coolant. I dont have enough money to pay for coolant and gas. What free coolant can i use? I’ve heard others just use water. I know i need to buy coolant but I have a friend where im going that has some he will give me for free when i get there.

Sometimes, my car just dies under acceleration. Whats up?

Sometimes when I’m driving my car, it just dies when I accelerate, like from a stop at a light. Other times,it loses power and stutters and then picks back up. It rides fine on the highway though. The car was in tip top shape until a few weeks ago, when someone thought it would be funny to put a couple of gallons of water in my fuel tank. Of course when this happened, my car didn’t run. I opened up the fuel line at the filter and drained most of the tank. I know for a fact that a considerable amount of water has gone through the fuel system. I changed the filter, so I know that isn’t an issue. Is it possible though that the fuel pump or injectors were damaged? I’ve been running water remover in the fuel but not injector cleaner. Also, the car is a 95 Lincoln Mark VIII with a 32 DOHC V8 with 70K miles. I replaced the TPS, IAC, plugs and wires in the past year, so the car was in tip top shape. I always run 93 octane in it. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? The car is not safe.

1992 Honda Accord 280,000 miles blown head gasket. water in oil, fuel in water and overheats like a mug. has (obviously) blown head gasket and possible head. also, where is the cheapest place to get parts OTHER than salvage yards for Honda’s 1990-1993

Just looking for the opinion of experienced people not from people who don’t know what they are talking about. thank you for your opinions.
