A vehicle is capable of running off of other fuels, such as propane and hydrogen. How can i find out how much gas/air mix is going into my engine per minute, and how can i find out how much gas is comming out of a tube from a device creating that gas? for the purpose of making sure the device is creating the same ammount of fuel as the car needs to run?
thing is, i am making a hydrobooster. i would like to run th car totally off of hydrogn. its been done before in other ways.

I saw a commercial for a gas that allows you to get 2,000 miles per tank. It was supposed to be made from water and I cannot remember the website. It was something like gasadvance.com, but that is not a valid web address. Thank-you anybody that can tell me something.

I was researching water powered cars when I found this video on Youtube about a man’s invention that (I’m guessing used electrolysis) separates the hydrogen from water to burn as fuel.
My question is this possible or just a lie. Can you use the energy burned from hydrogen from water to continue to extract more hydrogen or does this break the law of energy conservation?
My hypothesis is that you can because the water is fueling the machine like gasoline does for a combustion engine.
