I have a grand prix, and for the last couple months whenever I come to a stop and then press on the gas again, I hear liquid moving around. It’s coming from the front, maybe the dash? Could this just be old rain water? And how will it effect my car? Thanks.

I put gas in my car from a container, bout a quarter tank went up. And my car started to skip or stall for a sec every time at a red to green light. Push down on accelerator and rpms wouldn’t go past 100. But then after the skips and praying my car won’t stall it starts to go. A little while ago my change oil came on but we shut the light off cuz it came on to early. It’s been bout a month now since the light. Now I have service engine light. Could it b that the gas is the problem or the oil. It might b watered down gas. I have been putting the expensive gas in my tank to try and filter out the water but it shoulda filtered out by now if I’m correct. I got a 2000 oldsmobile alero thanks
I don’t know how old the gas is. All I know is the guy ciphered the gas that’s what he said.

I suspect I may have some water in my gas tank and am considering trying to remove it with methyl hydrate which I know is safe for diesel engines, can I use it on a gas engine as well?

We have inboard marine engine, boat has been sitting for 3-4 years w/half tank of gas. Engine now sputters a lot especially at higher RPM. Pretty sure there’s water in the gas, I’ve experienced it before. How do you remove water? Is there an additive we can put in the gas, or do we need to drain the tank?

It seems hydrogen is logical for use as a fuel on a water based planet, is why i ask ! And after hydrogen is used, can the residual recombine with oxygen to make water again?
