Torque Converter or Transmission?

I have a 1995 Dodge Dakota with a V8, 5.2L, 318 engine..I recently took it up to North Carolina from my home state Florida in march…I have 185K miles on it..Now I have NEVER had a problem with this truck, only a fuel pump and water pump..but that is regular maintance..But now..my truck doesnt want to shift on time..I am very intuned w my cars, I know at what RPM it shifts and what speed. But all of a sudden its sluggish around corners, its like it just hit a big gust of wind! it feels like i hit the brakes!! I get pushed forward all of a sudden then it shifts again! and the turn is not that big! and I only do it around 30mph..and also..it used to HAUL ass!! but now its like “oh..you want me to go?” and its soo aggravating..I want to change the trani fluid but im scared that if i do..all the gunk that is holdin it all to gether will come out and then for sure it will crap out on me! WHAT THE HELL DO I DO?? I took 4yrs of Auto in H.S. but I kinda slept through the chapter on Trani’s..

Smoke and water from catalytic converter?

This is written this way to try to be as detailed as possible.

I have white smoke comming from the cataltic converter. The converter is underneath the valve where you would add transmission fluid. I see no leak on the valve. It is not steam but smoke.

The smoke is burning smell not sweet more like a rubber type of burning smell.

The smoke starts when the engine is midway on the temp guage and as i hit the accelrator naturally more comes out.

Where can I get a cheap HHO Converter for my truck?

Where can I get a cheap HHO Converter for my truck? I want to be able to save gas money and run my truck with hydrogen.

catalytic converter?

my car enginge does not run on either gas or diesel. do i still legally have to use a catalytic converter since im running on hydrogen and there is no pollution just oxygen and water come out of the exhaust

Does this mean I need to have my Catalytic Converter replaced?

I have a 2003 Toyota Matrix with nearly 90,000 miles on it.

In Feb, I was on a road trip and happened to notice I was running low on gas. I had just hit a stretch where there were no gas stations and by the time I got to one, my check engine light was on and my 12 gallon tank took 13.08 gallons of gasoline.

I drove a few hundred miles with my CEL on before I figured I better get it checked. I went to Autozone and the guys said they thought the problem was probably with my fuel system, maybe an O2 sensor or something. I told them about nearly running out of gas and they that might have been it so they reset the CEL.

Are these plans to build a water to hydrogen converter for your car, saving %50 in gas, a scam?

have you ever used a converter kit that will let your car burn Hydrogen with gas?

Do they actualy work? I’m seriously thinking about buying one of these kits.. If you know of a website that sells cheap kits please let me know..
