1994 Ford Explorer water in gas tank!!!?

Ok, friends… I could use some help. Heres the deal. I have a 1994 Ford Explorer. Somehow, it got about a gallon (maybe less) of water dumped into the gas tank. I have no idea what to do about it. I have gotten advice on this issue, and I an getting a million different answers. I have heard ” Drain the gas tank”, “get anti freeze for your gas tank, and then fill it up with premium, and POOF problem fixed” I have heard “guess what, buddy…you are screwed” LOL
I am really at a loss on this issue. I have NO CLUE what I am supposed to do. If anyone could give me advice on this issue, or just tell me how to fix this damn problem… I would appreciate it SO MUCH!!! Thanks for reading, and thanks a million for all of your help!
((Please help me, I’m a tiny little woman! hehe))
How did the gas get in there… Well, it goes a little something like this… 5 years ago, I married a man. There it is. LOL
He thought it was gas. It…wasnt. The gas can had been sitting out in the rain… and it didnt have a cap on it.
Also, I live in Indiana, and it is very cold at this time.

Exhaust manifolds (gas model) 1994 ford 7.3 litre but I can still?

detect a “pop.” How can I figure out where the leak is (soap and water like a bike tube?). What are the best bolts and washers to use? Is there something from a company I could use to maybe squirt in there to seal? Oh yeah, for this particular year and model, NO GASKET is used; just metal against metal. Thanks.

1994 glastron 4.3 v-6 not starting?

I have a 1994 glastron with a 4.3 liter volvo penta gm engine. Boat ran fine last year stored for winter now won’t start. I put new cap and rotor, new fuel/water separator on it. It turns over but is not getting fuel. Put new fuel pump relay in same thing. If you put gas in carb. boat will start but kill as soon as gas is gone. When you disconect the connection to the fuel pump and jump the fuel pump with a jumper wire the fuel pump works, reconnect it and it and fuel pump dont work. Something is telling the fuel pump to not work. If you remove the relay and turb the key on and test the relay socket it shows 12 volts. Help!!!!

1994 Chevy Corsica , 4cyl, will crank but goes dead quick.?

What is the reason for this? It will crank and run if I keep my foot on the gas (mostly, but I dont want to say 100% of the time) but if I put it in gear or release my foot off the gas it will go dead immediately. Also, I found out at this time that my wife had lost the gas cap, about a week earlier (this is her car). My thoughts are fuel filter, fuel pump but could it be water in the gas or even trash. Thanks for any response.

1994 Dodge Stealth keeps stalling at idle when warmed up, why?

I have a 1994 Dodge Stealth (base model) with a 3.0 SOHC V6 Mitsubishi engine and automatic transmission. Recently, my car would often stall when idling after it’s been fully warmed up. It runs fine when it’s cold, has no problem starting up, runs smooth and has plenty of power when cruising or accelerating, and I have not noticed any drop in gas mileage. But after I’ve been driving it for about 10 minutes and the engine’s reached it’s full operating temperature, when I come to a stop the engine starts stumbling and running rough, and the RPMs drop and it stalls out. I thought it might just be a case of bad watered-down gas, but after 2 tankfuls later from different gas stations and 4 bottles of Drygas (fuel drying additive) it’s still doing it. It hesitates and stalls even when I slip the transmission into Neutral or Park. For the time being, I’ve been able to keep the engine from stalling by turning up the idle screw, but it still often runs rough at idle so it’s not a permanent fix.
Maintenence info: Within the past 20,000 miles, I have replaced the fuel filter, timing belt, spark plugs, plug cables, distributor cap and rotor, battery, and just recently the air filter.
Also, my “check engine” light does *not* come on.

1994 GMC P/U 350 ci. fuel injected, I ran out of gas, put in 1 gal of good gas, engine runs rough now?

Changed fuel filter, checked flow coming into new filter (strong), chugging and poor acceleration. Pulled off air filter, same, added Heet water remover to gas, added STP fuel treatment, have only ran engine for about 10 mins.
Do I need to run engine longer with additives to work?
Could it be the plugs?
Any thoughts would be apprciated.

Water in my gas (1994 Mazda Protege)?

Ok so, long story short I just got my car back from the shop and I was told there is water in my gas tank. I have been looking everywhere for a way to fix this as easy as possible. I don’t have the funds to go get it drained so please, any suggestions other than that are welcome.

I have heard of products such as Isoheet, Drygas and just pouring some denatured alcohol in the tank.

Thanks in advance.
