its sat for about 1 year with water in the engine and no not in the fuel line just oil?
i would really like to keep the car so give me the best answers you guys got ill take any input

Change the oil before you start it up. Water in the oil is because your head gaskets are bad they should be replaced. Don’t romp on the gas because the water is at a higher pressure than oil pressure.
