How Does Salt Water Fuel Mechanism Work?do We Have Any Alternative For Getting It Activated?probably Simpler!?

Recently John Kanzius discovered that salt water with the help of radio frequency waves can be activated and can be used as a fuel. However when experimented by us it was found that the radio frequency waves we gave(14MHz) couldnt ignite the salt water. So can any other alternative be given so as to ignite the salt water and prove the experiment right. Also,if possible, can we get the exact composition of salt water to be used, the amount of radio frequency to be provided and how to get the results exactly. What are the important precautions to be taken so as to get accurate results.
PLEASE HELP US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

first off, salt water will not burn unless it were dropped into a fusion reactor. The flame was from the burning of H2 gas.
The experiment goes like this. The radio frequency energy was absorbed by the salt water.and the NaCL ions converted the radio-wave energy into a current that disassociated the H2O
into O2 and H2 gases.
You put in 1000 watts of power and you get 100 watts of heat from the flames.
