ABSOLUTELY YES,My friend and I just recently converted his 2008 Corvette to run on water.The way it works is you can easily and inexpensively make and install a device which converts water to Hydrogen Gas which can then be used as fuel for any combustible engine,even diesel.Once the fuel is burned it converts back into water leaving 0 emissions behind.What we did was make a Hydrogen Gas Hybrid.There was 0 loss in horse power and he now saves about 60% in fossil fuels.The next thing we’re going to do is convert my Porsche to run strictly on Hydrogen Gas.I was very very skeptical until we did it for ourselves.It really does work.

If you are looking for better fuel mileage on a diesel you should look in to getting a chip or propane injections. Now for gas powered cars H2o systems will work. But to buy any of this stuff that actually works you would have to spend in the thousands of dollars to get great benefits.

Just put the water into your engine, it’ll be fine
