A good brand filter would be WIX. If you have excessive water in your fuel there maybe a drain on the bottom of the filter to release the water. Also you may want to go to a different gas station… could have water leaking into their tank.

there are additives that u can add to your diesel that will help evoporate the water from the fuel it is not a filter problem it is a gasstation proble and i would find another place to buy my diesel take it from me i am a truck driver i have run into the problam of water in your diesel u can even add a bottle of wood alchole but i would not recommend it the best thing to do is drain the bottom of the filter and get some sdditives from a local truck stop
