2004 Mazda RX-8 Fuel Help Please?

Can I use the “Water4gas” concept on my 2004 rx8? I already know it’s not a scam and I’d like to get better mileage out of it!
Also, does anyone know the best air intake (filter?) to buy? Thanks!
