2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 6 Cylinder Hard to Start?

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with a 6 cylinder and about 97,000 miles. I have had trouble with it starting over the past week.

Before I took it to the dealer, it would crank for about 20 turns and not fire. As soon as I turned off the ignition, and retried to start, it would start, but idle rough for a minute or two. Under normal driving, no rough idle, acceleration problems, or anything. Seem perfectly normal.

I added Heat twice thinking water in the gas. I also added about a 1/2 tank of 93 octane from a good filling station beside Walmart.

I took it to the dealer and they looked it over and said about all they could find it the throttle body was a little gummed up, cleaned it up, and send me on my way saying it was fixed. As soon as I got in the car and tried to start it, it had to turn over about 10-15 times before it started. Normally these fuel injected engines crank right over after 1-3 turns.

Any thoughts?
