1995 Dodge Neon can O2 sensor cause it to die?

I have a 95 neon soc automatic. Was driving down the road the other day and the car just stalled a few times and died. Threw a trouble code for an o2 sensor. Replaced o2 sensor in bank 2 (near cat). Few days later same thing, died a few times, drove to autozone and got a code for ignition system.. replaced coil and it still didn’t fix the problem. Within the last six months I have replaced the computer, coil, both 02 sensors, purge
canister valve, fuel pump, and plugs/wires. It still isn’t fixed. Died three times yesterday while driving in the city and threw two codes: 12 (battery disconnect not relevent) 21: Problem with oxygen sensor signal circuit. Sensor voltage to computer not fluctuating. I could have recieved a bad oxygen sensor but can an o2 sensor really make the car die completely? Is it possible for a fuel problem (water in fuel, faulty fuel pump) to cause an engine code light to come one? The car runs fine, has plenty of power and then all the sudden light comes on and chug chug, die. Then it starts back up usually on the first try. Any info would help.
I went to a reputable dealer in the first place, theyre the ones that replaces an alternator, fuel pump, and computer.

you should have just gone to the dealer in the first place. Autozone just sells parts and uses their scanner to help them “sell parts”. trained mechanics can troubleshoot the system like this quickly without “guessing” and “throwing parts” at it.

an O2 sensor does not cause an engine to die, it only tells the computer if the fuel mixture is rich or lean.

only use Shell Texaco or Chevron to keep good quality gas in the car, no need for super (another story)

changed you fuel filter yet? a badly plugged one witll cause a hard “lean mixture” that the O2 sensor cannot measure, and killing the car too.

wouldnt that suck if that is all it was?

that sounds more like a fuel problem, its possible you got a bad pump relay causing that too happen,it will shut the fuel pump off and the when you got to restart it most of the time it will start back up again,id get a professional diagnoses done on it and that will save you from spending so much money on it,good luck.
