the water fuel separator is cup looking thing with hoses on the top it may be above the battery or by the gas tank. on the running lean stuff get the oil pump block off plate from sbtontheweb here is the link http://www.sbtontheweb.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=36-005&Category_Code=36&Product_Count=0 you will have to use premix to keep from leaning it out it will use the 40:1 ratio. also get the mikuni 3-outlet fuel pump. which cylinder had water in it? also try greenhulk.net it is a online forum that talks about this type of stuff a lot……. update:with the two cylinders that had the water in them i think that it is the exhaust system also get water out by taking the spark plugs out and turn it over till the water stops coming out of the holes. Was it towed in the water by a boat or anther jet ski? if you will email me at dirtdudeinbonham@yahoo.com i can help you more.
