1991 oldmobile cutlas calais?

Car has rough idle and stalls, cooling fan does not turn on, was low on water had to refill. When i press gas seems like there is no gas flow. Turn the car off for 10min starts up fine, but then begins to idle rough and turn off. Heat related? Fuel related? has plenty of gas. All hoses look fine, nothing i can see visually. Maybe fuel filter? Car has been sitting for at least 4 months prior to me driving it. Spark plugs? Whats your guess?

Timing! That car has timing gears that work your water pump as well. Need to have someone replace timing gears. Truthfully not worth the cost.
